County Welcomes New Deputy Well being Director

​Paige Bennett joined the Mecklenburg County Public Health and fitness staff as the Deputy Wellbeing Director Nov. 15, 2021. In her new function, Bennett will oversee the Place of work of Innovation and Strategy, Epidemiology method, Administrative Products and services, and Director of Nursing. 

Bennett has over 20 years of encounter in community wellness and general public service, most lately serving as Operations Manager for Wake County Community Health and fitness exactly where she oversaw Medicaid Transformation and crammed the purpose of COVID-19 Functions Supervisor. Prior to her arrival in Wake County, Bennett served in a number of roles for the North Carolina Office of Health and fitness and Human Expert services (NCDHHS) such as Good quality Improvement Professional and Assistant Chief of Health care Preparing.
