BERLIN, Feb 8 (Reuters) – German autos supplier Continental (CONG.DE) would like to make its automatic driving small business much more impartial and is thinking about a partial IPO, Handelsblatt documented on Tuesday, citing anonymous sources.
The Autonomous Mobility division of the firm’s automotive section is to grow to be its have lawful entity from Jan. 1, 2023, but an IPO could also be on the playing cards in future, sources told the German newspaper.
Continental, which break up off its powertrain division Vitesco (VTSCn.DE) previous calendar year, did not ensure the report, stating that cooperation involving company fields beneath just one roof was the company’s top precedence at current.
