SACKETS HARBOR, New York (WWNY) – A Jefferson County development small business is searching to transfer all of its functions underneath a person roof.
Corry Lawler, the operator of Lawman Heating and Cooling, has submitted designs to the Jefferson County Industrial Improvement Company to build a manufacturing facility in the county’s organization park off Route 12F.
Lawler says the company would choose what’s remaining created in its amenities in Sackets Harbor and outside the house Watertown and provide it all together, building more space for long term expansion.
Jefferson County Financial Improvement CEO Dave Zembiec says the facility would assist to fill 1 of 2 vacant parcels remaining in the park.
“They have accomplished a lot of get the job done on the navy base and things like this and I feel what this does is it expands their potential to do other varieties of projects, you know, it’s possible school projects. it could possibly be other public facilities, you know, other non-public producing services, warehouses, what ever, but it sort of gives them an all-in-just one design,” he said.
