UAMS Higher education of Wellbeing Professions school who lately been given promotions are, still left to appropriate: Melissa Halverson, Pharm.D., MPH Nathan Johnson, Ph.D. Paul Nelson, M.S. and Ashley McMillan, D.D.S.
| The UAMS Faculty of Wellbeing Professions recently declared the promotions of 4 college users:
- Melissa Halverson, Pharm.D., M.P.H, promoted to affiliate professor in the Division of Doctor Assistant Scientific tests.
- Nathan Johnson, Ph.D., promoted to professor in the Division of Laboratory Sciences.
- Paul Nelson, M.S., promoted to affiliate professor in the Division of Laboratory Sciences.
- Ashley McMillan, D.D.S., promoted to associate professor with tenure in the Heart for Dental Education and learning, Basic Exercise Dental Residency.
Johnson is chair of the Department of Laboratory Sciences and director of the Professional medical Laboratory Sciences application. He attained his doctor of philosophy diploma from Mississippi Point out College, his master of science in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from College of Utah, his Learn of Science in Administration from Incarnate Word Higher education, and Bachelor of Science in Professional medical Technological innovation for Louisiana Tech College. He served 28 decades in the U.S. Air Force. Prior to becoming a member of UAMS in 2017, Col. Johnson served as the countrywide director of the Center for Laboratory Medicine Solutions for the Defense Wellness Agency in Falls Church, Virginia, wherever he led the nation’s major laboratory technique consisting of over 400 health care therapy facilities, 2,000 testing websites, and about 8,000 technical personnel.
Nelson is the assistant plan director of functions for the health care laboratory sciences system. He earned a Grasp of Science in Wellness Risk Administration & Crisis Communication from Chapman University, a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Schooling and an Affiliate of Applied Science in Business enterprise Management from Wayland Baptist University, and an Associate of Used Science in Professional medical Laboratory Science and an Affiliate of Utilized Science in Instructor of Science/Technological know-how from Group Higher education of the Air Force.
