The Cass County Memorial Healthcare facility Auxiliary Board fulfilled Aug. 15 with 22 customers, and Beth Spieker current. President Mary Storng known as the assembly to purchase at 1 p.m.
Secretary Elaine Martens read the minutes of the July 19 Board Assembly. The minutes ended up accredited as read through. Treasurer Cheryl Wessels gave the Treasurer’s Report, which will be placed on file for long term audit.
There were being no interaction or expenditures. Beth Spieker gave the Administrative Report. President Storng documented the membership 12 months will now go from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. Beth Spieker handed about a sample of the Excellent Neighbor Working day goody bag. An order for for this fund-raiser can be picked up at the Cass Wellness Present Store and are thanks again on Sept.9.
President Sturdy advised we publicize our Telecare application and Library support. Lots of men and women that do not understand we have these packages.
Beth Spieker passed around revisions for the Auxiliary By-Legislation. Barb Wohlenhaupt produced a movement to accept these revision. The movement was seconded and passed. They will now go to the Oct Basic Meeting for last approval. Committee studies ended up offered. Lucy Newton read through the subsequent dates to don’t forget: Tuesday, Sept, 20 board meeting, 1 p.m., Senior Life Remedy. The assembly was adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
