Vicary is a CCCTC Welding and Metal Fabrication graduate and a Pennsylvania Higher education of Technological know-how graduate exactly where she attained her bachelor’s degree in Welding and Fabrication Engineering Systems, as very well as her slight in Non-Destructive Tests.
