KANSAS Town, Mo. — The business enterprise operator who filed a criticism that sparked the Federal Aviation Administration to place the Kansas Town Aviation Department on observe is talking out.

Ahead of construction of the new KCI terminal, Garney’s company was set to lay the concrete at the airport, but then got pushed out of the bid.

At the time, the go lifted eyebrows amid some council customers.
