SAN YSIDRO, Calif. (Border Report) — During recent visits to Carolin Footwear along San Ysidro Boulevard, supervisor Olivia Campos often experienced a great deal of time to sit down and examine the pandemic-similar fiscal woes at her keep and others in the area.
