Ghastly ghosts, adorable animals, wicked witches and colorful cartoon people all arrived out to participate in Thursday in the Uptown Market.
Immediately after a rain delay previous week pushed the Boo Bash again, city officers had to make the final decision to host the Halloween-themed celebration soon after Halloween.
