AUSTIN, Texas — Professionals say Black small business entrepreneurs have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic. 

On the brink of closing her personal doors, a person entrepreneur is pleading for Central Texans to help Black-owned firms, especially proper now.

When India Phillips opened ILY Nails & Splendor Bar, she faced quite a few hurdles, commencing with February’s winter season storm.

Now, her nail salon is at threat, but she hopes to garner the economic support she needs to preserve her doorways open.
