Right after last year’s cancelation, Bellefonte Victorian Xmas now celebrates its 40th 12 months, with lengthy-standing traditions, new pleasurable for the loved ones and added pandemic-associated safety measures in put. The pleasurable kicks off with a particular opening ceremony on Thursday.

“Our opening ceremony is ordinarily on Friday evening, with live shows,” says very long-time organizer Sally Houser. “But since the universities have shut their properties to the general public, we cannot have them there, and they are not allowing the college students to have their live shows.
