GRAND RAPIDS — Two northern Michigan corporations and a third with a location in the region have been recipients of 2021 Much better Business Bureau Torch Awards for Ethics.
The Much better Business enterprise Bureau Serving Western Michigan held an awards ceremony on Nov. 22. The function was held in conjunction with the Financial Club of Grand Rapids.
The annual BBB Torch Awards for Ethics “celebrates enterprises and nonprofits that display a determination to rely on and ethics,” in accordance to a release.
The Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy received the Northern Region award for Nonprofits with 20+ Staff members. Northern Fireplace Quilting & Sewing Center, LLC of Cadillac gained the award for Businesses with 1-10 Workforce from the area.
Utilized Imaging, which has a site in Traverse Town, gained the Central/Southern Location award for Business with 175+ Employees.
“With their commitment to their community, shoppers and groups, these companies and nonprofits show us all the price of trust and ethics,” Lisa Frohnapfel, President and CEO of the Much better Organization Bureau Serving Western Michigan, mentioned in a release. “We are honored to celebrate these businesses and the function they do.”

- Business 51-175 Employees Central/Southern: Maple Hill Automobile Team, Kalamazoo
