John West Park in Ocean Look at is all dolled up for the vacations, with the yearly tree-lights and holiday market established for Nov. 27.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Coastal Cities Historic Village will be between highlights at Ocean View’s Old City Holiday getaway Marketplace and Tree Lights at John West Park on Saturday, Nov. 27.
The ribbon-reducing, at 2 p.m., will mark the grand opening of Hall’s Retail outlet, a reproduction of the general shop that gave its identify to the city, which was after also recognized as Hall’s Shop. Delaware Lt. Gov. Bethany Hall Extensive, a descendant of the Hall spouse and children, is expected to show up at, together with other dignitaries.
Ocean Look at Historical Society facilities at the Village will be open up for tours.
Hall’s Shop cost about $300,000 and was paid out for by grants and donations.
