SALT LAKE Metropolis — When visitation at U.S. nationwide parks hit document highs in 2021, journey and hospitality businesses and associations both inside of and outside the house of the United States are not satisfied with the Nationwide Park Service’s reservation systems.
They say people reservation units might “threaten to stall the recovery of worldwide inbound vacation.”
Hundreds of vacation and leisure companies and vacation associations signed a letter acknowledging their displeasure, which the U.S. Journey Association sent to Office of Interior Secretary Deb Haaland and National Park Services Director Chuck Sams previous week. The Utah Tourism Industry Association and a handful of Utah-primarily based companies co-signed the letter.
“Inbound vacation cannot fully resume right until intercontinental tourists can reliably strategy their visits to our countrywide parks,” the letter states, in aspect.
