With just a slight variation, you can flip supper rolls into Pani Popo, or Samoan Sweet Rolls!

Meal Rolls
Elements
- 1 cup whole milk, warm
- 1 packet yeast
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups all-function flour
In a stand mixer, incorporate yeast, sugar and milk. Let it mix and sit for 10 minutes.
Include an egg, butter, salt and 1 cup of flour. Mix and then add the remaining cups of flour using hook blend for 2-3 minutes. The dough will be a small sticky, but don’t fret, just marginally oil yet another bowl and roll the dough in it and protect with plastic wrap or a towel.
Enable it increase for 1-2 hrs, relying on the temperature in your property, until eventually it doubles in sizing.
At the time it doubles, punch down to permit the air bubbles out and then kind into balls. This can make about 16 items.
Place the balls into a frivolously sprayed 9×13 pan and protect with plastic or towel and let it rise for yet another hour.
Turn the oven to a temperature of 350 levels Fahrenheit and bake for 15-20 minutes right up until brown and then brush with melted butter.
